Shipping & Delivery

How long is the shipping process?

All items are made to order, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing.  Due to the holiday season, you may expect longer times than usual. 

FREE Shipping: Please expect 4 to 5 business days for delivery after processing. 

How can I track my order?

Tracking will be provided for all orders. Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email or phone number used at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has already been processed, it can no longer be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. 

Returns & Refunds

How can I return a purchase?

We do not accept returns, or issue refunds. All sales are final.

What if my order was received damaged?

If your order is damaged during the shipping process, please let us know. We will work with you in replacing your order.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The buyer commits to full responsibility when purchasing. Please contact USPS, or your local Postal Carrier to locate your package, and or file a lost or damaged package report.

What if I put the incorrect address?

If you place an order and you submit the wrong address at the time of purchase, please email us at info@alohilohi.co within 30 minutes of purchase to guarantee that your request can be completed.

What if I received the wrong item or size?

Contact us via email at info@alohilohi.co - Please include the purchasers name, order number, and shipping address.
